Registration to the Directory of Producers and Importers
Directory of Producers and Importers (Directory), who delivers packaging or other goods, that fall under environmental taxes (batteries, electronics, vechicles, tires, engine filters), is managed through GPAIS system.
Important notice for foreign persons (companies, persons, who individually are importers or producers, foreign persons, who represent other companies (representatives):

Account creation - this is needed to access functions of the system.
Person, service provider, representative, who will be responsible to register some company to the Directory needs to register his account to the system. After that he / she may get the rights to represent one or several subjects - companies or persons, who are producers or importers.
Foreign persons (citizens, who will represent some subjects - companies) registers accounts like this:

Representative may be some employee of the company, which provides services to help with registration, same individual, who will register to the Directory, employee of the company, which will be registered to the Directory.
Every subject - company or person, who are producer or importer (subject, who needs to register to the Directory) - also needs to get the account and they accounts are registered by the representative:
Lithuanian companies registers accounts by approving identity through E-government gates.
Foreign companies or foreign persons, who will be registered to the Directory as individuals, get accounts when are registered as Foreign subjects.
Every representative after log in to his own account may register as many as needed accounts of foreign subjects, by giving correct, valid data of the company / individual:
One representative (foreign person account) --- one or several foreign subjects registrations
No need to give ID data (ID photo) to the registration form for foreign subject, even when this subject is individual person, who delivers goods to the market.
After foreign subject account is registered (there is an account) – representative picks up needed subject from the list and registers it to the Directory.
One representative (foreign person account, if foreign person, citizen will represent and will make registrations)
– one or several foreign subjects, he / she represents (list of subjects, accounts) →
– every of subjects are registered separately to the Directory, if they fall to the legal requirements to register.
