REGISTRACIJA

Jei niekada neturėjote paskyros GPAIS, pirma turite Registruotis:

Naršyklės lange įveskite tinklalapio adresą (www.gpais.eu).
Pradiniame sistemos lange paspauskite mygtuką "Prisijungti prie GPAIS".
Toliau rinkitės mygtuką "Registruotis".

Būsite nukreipti į Elektroninės valdžios vartų portalą, kuriame vykdoma Jūsų autentifikacija

(Jūsų tapatybės nustatymas ir patvirtinimas).

Apskaitą turite vesti, kaip verslo subjektas: įmonė, įstaiga, organizacija?

Apskaitą turite vesti dėl savo, fizinio asmens, veiklos?
Registruojatės, kad Jus galėtų įtraukti į juridinio asmens atstovų sąrašą?

Rinkitės "Verslo subjektas" ir pasirinkite Jūsų naudojamą prisijungimo būdą.

Jei esate įmonės, įstaigos, organizacijos vadovas, registruotas savo vardu, pavarde Juridinių asmenų registre, galite rinktis ir "Gyventojas" ir Elektroninės valdžios vartuose viršuje, dešinėje ties savo vardu, pavarde pasirinkti atstovaujamą subjektą.

Rinkitės "Gyventojas" ir pasirinkite Jūsų naudojamą prisijungimo būdą.

Pasirinkite / suveskite ir patvirtinkite verslo subjekto / savo tapatybės duomenis, kurių prašo sistema.

Atlikęs šiuos veiksmus esate sugrąžinamas į GPAIS išorinį portalą kaip autentifikuotas ir identifikuotas naudotojas ir galite suvesti savo registracijos duomenis:

Įveskite registruojamo subjekto el. paštą. Jei el. paštas jau bus panaudotas GPAIS, pvz. esate registravęs kitą įmonę ir bandote nurodyti tą patį el. paštą antrą kartą, sistema neleis užregistruoti - rinkitės kitą el. pašto adresą.
Susipažinkite ir sutikite su Naudojimosi sąlygomis. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad sąlygose išdėstyta informacija dėl Jūsų asmens duomenų tvarkymo GPAIS.
Iš sąrašo pasirinkite subjektą ir spauskite "Registruoti".
Suveskite registruojamo asmens duomenis ir rinkitės "Registruotis". Ties "Asmuo ryšiams" veskite el pašto adresą, kuriuo norite gauti automatinius ir Jūsų pasirinktus el. pranešimus apie veiksmus GPAIS, kuriuo su Jumis galėtų susisiekti kompetentingos institucijos.

Authentificate under the instructions of the Lithuanian E-Government Gateway

Go to Authorisation for foreign people and pick
Registration for foreign citizens
Fill in the Account registration form

Please bear in mind, that, when you fill the Account registration form and use or view PPWIS website, you give us your personal data, which is written in your filled forms, received via your browser's cookies.

General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 is applied to the processing of your given personal data.

As PPWIS is Information System, controlled by public institutions and runned
, according the enforced legal requirements, in order to asure submiting and handling the data of goods, which are subject to the environmental tax, packaging stock to market accounting and handling the data of organization of waste treatment accounting, your personal data are collected and processed due to the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.

The data controller is Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania (http://am.lrv.lt/en/), the joint controller and data processor - Information System manager - The Environmental Protection Agency of Lithuania (http://gamta.lt/cms/index?lang=en ; pagalba@gpais.eu)

We use your personal data in order to:

manage your account, e-mail you about the status of your accounting duties, e-mail requests and information from the environmental protection institutions.

Cookies are text files, placed on your computer to collect standart Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit PPWIS website we collect cookies in order to keep you signed in (if you voluntarely check the box "Remember me"), to recognize you on our website and to remember your previously selected preferences.

Our website contains links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website - if you click on the link to other website, please read their privacy policy.

Your personal data receivers may be: employees of data controller, joint data controller and data processor, employees of the environmental protection institution - The Environmental Protection Department under the Ministry of the Environment, who get assess to the Information System through special sign up as internal users, in order to administer PPWIS or in order to run the functions of public administration, environmental protection; information technologies services providers under the contract of data controller.

You have: the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification (the right to ask to correct any information you believe is inaccurate), the right to erasure, the rights to restrict or to object processing (under certain conditions, when the restriction does not object the legaly binding duties), the right to data portability.
